How can I communicate more effectively?

Our support team has been under a lot of strain recently — too many tickets, too little coordination. Sometimes we miss messages or respond too late because it’s unclear who’s handling what, and clients get frustrated even if the issue is simple. I think part of the problem is that we don’t have a unified system to track all customer interactions.
